Project Alpha is a weekly program that includes 5 total body workouts per week designed to help you build strength, endurance, speed, and a mindset that can’t be beat. Your coach will customize a structured plan for each day of the week, but you have the option to sub out workout days as needed to fit your schedule.
Anyone who wants to train like an athlete and push themselves outside of their comfort zone is welcome! While an intermediate level of fitness will start you off strong, Sam will personally offer video and audio guidance inside every workout to bring you up to speed, whatever your level of experience.
