Mind Body Burn is a weekly program that includes 5 total body strength and conditioning workouts per week with active recovery and rest days built in. Your coach will customize a structured plan for each day of the week, but you have the option to sub out workout days as needed to fit even the busiest schedule.
All fitness levels are welcome! Coach Taylor will personally offer video and audio guidance inside workouts to help you get stronger (physically and mentally) every week, whatever your level of experience.
