Coach Miriam suggests dumbbells and strength bands, but if you don’t have access to this equipment, you can still get the most of your workouts with your bodyweight alone!

Fit Forward is a weekly program that includes 4 strength workouts (2 lower body + 2 upper body), 1 full body cardio circuit, and 2 rest days weekly. Your coach will customize a structured plan for each day of the week, but you have the option to sub out workout days as needed to fit your schedule.
Anyone who wants to build strength and body confidence is welcome! While an intermediate level of fitness will start you off strong, Miriam will personally offer video and audio guidance inside every workout so you’ll be good to go, whatever your level of experience.
